Introduction: Prof. Seongah Chin is full Professor of Sungkyul University, Republic of Korea from 2001. He got his Ph.D in in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ, USA on December 1999. His B.S. in Mathematics, Feb. 1991, Chonbuk National University, Jeonju, Korea , M.S. in Computer Science, August 1993, Chonbuk National University, Jeonju, Korea and Ph. D. in Computer Science, December 1999, Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ, USA. He attended in ICCSIE2018 as Keynote speaker in Xi’an China during Sep. 21-22, 2018 with the topic, “Virtual Figure Model Crafting and Structural Motion Grammar with Enhanced PBR”. He works as General Chair in 2018 International Conference on Modeling, Simulation and Optimization in Shenzhen, Jan on 21-22, 2018. His main research areas are Physically-based Rendering Virtual reality technology, Computer Graphics, Biomedical visualization, Facial modeling and expression, Visual computing, Brain computer interface, Pattern recognition, Text segmentation and recognition etc.

Introduction: Prof. Pavel Loskot got B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering (with honours) in Faculty of Electrical Engineering Czech Technical University of Prague, Czech Republic, M.Sc. in Radioelectronics (with honours) in Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering in University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada.He currently the Senior Lecturer in Information and System Engineering in College of Engineering at Swansea University.20+ years experience in design, analysis, implementation and deployment of telecommunication systems through numerous academic and industrial collaborative projects. Deep understanding of digital and statistical signal processing algorithms and methods. Avid programmer in Linux environment. Solid background in applied mathematics and general physics. Current projects: tactical mobile networks, air transport management, computational molecular biology, renewable energy systems, rural Internet, and monitoring system for London underground. He worked as Senior Member of IEEE since 6/2013, Signal Processing Society, Member of IEEE since 1/2013 and ASC Member of APSIPA in 2018.
